Most business websites don’t need months. They need a clear plan, decisions made quickly and a team that has done it many times. Here is exactly how we take a business website from first call to live domain in seven working days, and what you can do to make it happen.
Before day one: what to have ready
- Your logo, ideally as an SVG or high-resolution PNG.
- Photos of your team, premises, products or work.
- A short description of each service you offer and who it is for.
- Your address, phone, WhatsApp number, email and opening hours.
- Access to your domain account, or we register one in your name.
Day by day
Day 1: Discovery call and content
A one-hour call to agree goals, pages, the main action you want visitors to take and who your customers are. We collect your materials and identify any gaps.
Day 2: Sitemap and wireframes
We plan every page and lay out the structure in simple wireframes. You approve the structure before any design work begins.
Day 3: Visual design
We design the home page in your brand colours and fonts. You get one round of changes, then we apply the style to the other pages.
Day 4: Development
We build the site, responsive on phones, tablets and desktops.
Day 5: Content, forms and WhatsApp
We add your text and images, connect enquiry forms to your email, add click-to-call and WhatsApp buttons and embed your Google Map.
Day 6: SEO, speed and testing
Page titles, descriptions, headings, schema markup and a sitemap; image compression and caching; and testing across browsers and devices. You do a final review.
Day 7: Launch
We put the site live on your domain with HTTPS, submit it to Google Search Console and walk you through managing it.
After launch
