4. Engaging our services

• Proposals: each project is defined in a written proposal or statement of work covering scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment milestones.
• Your responsibilities: you agree to provide content, feedback, approvals and access on time. Delays in these may move the timeline.
• Changes: work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and starts once approved in writing.
• Payments: invoices are payable as set out in the proposal. We may pause work if payments are overdue. Prices for Indian clients are subject to applicable GST.
• Third-party costs: domains, hosting, paid plugins, app store fees, advertising spend and other third-party charges are paid by you unless the proposal says otherwise.

5. Ownership and intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you, including source code, designs and content, passes to you, except for third-party components (such as open-source libraries, fonts, plugins and stock images) that remain subject to their own licences, and our pre-existing tools and know-how, which we license to you for use in the project. Domains, hosting and store accounts are registered in your name wherever possible. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

6. Confidentiality

We keep confidential any non-public information you share with us and use it only to deliver the agreed services. We are happy to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement.

7. Results

We work hard to achieve your goals, but search rankings, advertising results and app store approvals depend on third parties such as Google, Meta, Apple and your market. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.

8. Warranty and support

We fix defects in our work reported within the warranty period stated in your proposal. Ongoing maintenance, updates and support are provided under a separate plan.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits or data arising from use of this website or our services, and our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Links to other websites

Our website links to client projects and third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh have jurisdiction, unless a project agreement specifies otherwise.
